All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery to Asia and certain remote regions is not currently available.

All shipments are fully insured for your protection. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

While we are confident in the quality of our curated collections, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our refined returns process ensures the same level of service you expect from Horaluxis.

Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the integrity of our collections, returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • All original packaging, certificates, and authentication documents must be included
  • Items must be in unworn, pristine condition with all protective films intact

Important: Due to their exclusive nature, Patek Philippe timepieces and Richard Mille watches cannot be returned unless defective. All sales of these luxury items are final to preserve their collectible value and authentication chain.

Our Refined Returns Process

  2. Secure Packaging: Repackage the item using all original materials, including the Horaluxis presentation box, warranty cards, and certificate of authenticity.
  3. Insured Shipment: Return via insured courier (DHL or FedEx recommended) to our Nashville headquarters at 370 Wallace Road, Nashville, US 37211. The customer bears return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Quality Authentication: Upon receipt, our horologists will authenticate and inspect the item (typically within 3 business days).
  5. Refund Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Process for Eligible Items

For designer jewelry, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings from our collections:

  1. Follow steps 1-3 above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item and size (if applicable)
  3. We will process the exchange once the returned item passes inspection
  4. Shipping for the new item will be complimentary

Refund Timeline & Methods
