  • Reside in our service areas (currently excluding Asia and certain remote regions)

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care to accurately describe our luxury jewelry and timepieces, including materials, dimensions, and provenance. However, slight variations may occur in natural materials like gemstones.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions or currency fluctuations.

3.3 Availability

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, certain items may have limited availability. We cannot guarantee stock levels displayed on our website.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take longer.

5.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we cannot deliver to Asia and certain remote regions. All shipments are fully insured.

5.3 Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot predict these charges.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 General Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In unworn, pristine condition
  • With all original packaging and documentation
  • Protective films intact

Important: Patek Philippe timepieces and Richard Mille watches cannot be returned unless defective. All sales of these luxury items are final to preserve their collectible value and authentication chain.

6.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Repackage using all original materials

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors.
